Clothes That Work is dedicated to helping individuals in the Dayton and Kettering community achieve lasting success. Instead of offering clothing alone, the organization provides wardrobe assistance along with career coaching and workforce training. As a result, clients are equipped with the tools they need to walk into interviews with confidence and secure meaningful employment. Furthermore, programs such as job readiness workshops and interview preparation sessions empower individuals to overcome barriers and pursue brighter futures. In addition, Clothes That Work emphasizes skill development and confidence building, ensuring that every participant has the resources to succeed.
