SMS terms & conditions

Thank you for supporting Clothes That Work. By providing your consent to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and conditions, including our use of 10DLC (10-digit long code) messaging as outlined below.

Communication Methods

We may communicate with you via SMS text messages, MMS multimedia messages or other messaging methods using a 10DLC messaging system. The messages may be sent to your mobile phone number provided to us by you. Standard message and data rates may apply.

10DLC Compliance

Our messaging system is in compliance with regulations established by the Federal Trade Commission (FCC) related to 10DLC messaging. This included obtaining prior express consent from you, the recipient, and including opt-out instructions in our messages. By providing your consent to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge and agree to FCC regulations.

Consent

By Providing your consent to receive text messages from us, you certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provided. You also consent to receive text messages from us for the purposes of communicating with you regarding 2FA or MFA.

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information provided at the end of this document.
